Overview
We hope what arrives feels right to you.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery
to request a return or refund.
After 30 days,
we may no longer be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must be
unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received,
with its original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Certain personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous or flammable materials
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds
In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Opened media products
- Items not in original condition
- Missing parts not caused by our error
- Items returned after 30 days
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected,
we will email you to confirm receipt.
We will let you know
whether the refund is approved or declined.
If approved,
the refund will be issued to your original payment method
within several business days.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund has not appeared yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider
- Contact your bank

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.

and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift
and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit after the return is processed.
If the order was placed by the gift giver,
the refund will be sent to them.
Return shipping
To return a product, mail it to:
{your return address}
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
and are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued,
return shipping cost may be deducted.
For valuable items,
we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
